LFT presents a series of music videos by Hi Tiger created in collaboration with Emmy-award winning filmmaker, Eric Miclette and producer Shan Shan Tam, sound and production artists Zak Taillon, DJ Amen Ra, 32 French, Brightboy, Kafari, 73 and SWVYSL. These journeys through the artist's experience with aging, masculinity and mental health are introduced here with the video Never, produced in residency at Coffey Street Studio by @autonomatic.

“Your singing voice reminds me at times of Scott Walker. it has this kind of cryptic, encoded sense of meaning that complicates the feeling. You look exactly the same, so its ironic that you marvel  that you were beautiful as if it were past tense.

The video is alternately, alluring, melancholic, and almost uncomfortable, making me laugh out loud in surprise, particularly the slightly abrupt gestures towards self harm like the mike around your neck or the dropping of the mike stand at the beginning, or the more extreme come hither moments. And then the gogo dancing meeting the distressed crying shapes. Its subtle and confrontational.

The song (Never) is beautiful. I love the organ intervention in the middle. it reminds me of turtle dreams by meredith monk, but dropped into this seemingly familiar electronic ambience. I feel like there are complex relationships and disruptions that could be thought about for a long time.”
